Experience: 1+ years in international calling and POS experience is a plus point
Location: Gulistan e Johar, Karachi
Working hours: Night Shift
Working Days: 5 days in a week
Language: English (Preferred)
Salary: Handsome Salary (65,00 to 75,00) depending upon your experience.
Core Responsibility:
- Responding to customer calls, cases and prioritize the issue accordingly.
- Troubleshooting the customer technical problems on the POS/BackOffice via remotely and responding after satisfactory resolution via call or email.
- Making sure the problem is properly diagnosed and less chances for the re-occurrence after resolving.
- Onboarding the new customer and existing account and helping them to get the new system installation and merchant services which are compatible with our Product POS/BackOffice in their store via remotely.
- Establishing better relationships with the customer and the Internal team.
- Escalating the unresolved issue to the higher technical tier of the solution of the cases and development team if required.
- Utilizing the product knowledge properly and describing to the customer the functionality of the product.
- Maintaining proper documentation on the case you are assigned.
- Performs other administrative duties and special projects associated with Customer and Technical support.
Requirement:
- Preferably, own personal transport
- POS system experience is plus point
- Ability to multi-task in the given span of time
- Ability to do the night shift and open to rotational shifts routine.
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, leadership, and management skills
- 1+ year of experience in customer calling and proficient in English communication.
- Excellent listening skills and combined communication ability to interact with the customer confidently.
