Job Description
Primary Functions of Job:
- Lead and oversee regional sales and operations teams.
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion for the company.
- Responsible for sales and operations team KPIs and reports for management review.
Job Description
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies.
- Recruit, train, manage & retain sales teams.
- Develop training modules for sales team in coordination with HR.
- Foster relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Skills:
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Technical knowledge of solar energy systems.
- Sales skills and project management abilities.
Job Specification:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: 5 to 8 years in Solar industry.
Immediate joiners will be highly preferable.
