Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Solution Architect to join our team. As a Solution Architect specializing in Supply Chain Management with expertise in Dynamics 365 FnO, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and coordinating solutions to meet our clients’ unique requirements.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of the supply chain management processes with the Dynamics 365 FnO platform. With your in-depth knowledge and understanding of both supply chain management principles and Dynamics 365 FnO, you will analyze business needs, identify gaps, and propose custom solutions to optimize efficiency and streamline operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their supply chain management requirements and translating them into technical solutions utilizing Dynamics 365 FnO
- Designing and documenting high-level and detailed solution architectures aligned with business goals
- Leading the implementation and customization of Dynamics 365 FnO modules to meet specific supply chain management needs
- Conducting system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to the supply chain management functionalities
- Providing technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle
