Job Description
Role Description: The Solutions Consulting Lead role is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore. As a Solutions Consulting Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of consultants to provide high-quality technical solutions to clients in order to drive growth and success for Addo AI. Day-to-day tasks include participating in client meetings, leading presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project progress and success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, with a focus on technical solutions
- Strong leadership skills and experience leading a team of consultants
- Experience with business development and sales, including identifying opportunities, creating proposals, and closing deals
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and solutions to clients
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Experience working with Data, Analytics, Cloud, machine learning, and artificial intelligence technologies is a plus
- Experience in a startup environment is a plus
