Job Description
Objective: Oversee solar installation teams to ensure timely progress and maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive site assessments and inspections.
- Track daily progress on job sites.
- Enforce quality control protocols.
- Manage tools inventory and procure necessary materials.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians.
- Act as a liaison to coordinate customer support and service.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership and effective communication skills.
- Technical background in electrical or renewable energy sectors.
Education: DAE / B. Tech in Electrical or Electronics.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in solar installation and supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Rs70,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
