Job Description
Responsible for conducting sonographic examinations as requested by the physician.
Prepare preliminary reports and liaise with referring physicians as needed.
Coordinate with staff for optimal patient care.
- Address patient care issues promptly and make necessary decisions.
- Organize daily schedule and perform clerical duties as directed.
Ensure patient safety in the sonographic area.
Report equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
Exercise independent judgment in differentiating normal and abnormal findings.
- Analyze and communicate sonographic findings to physicians.
Coordinate work schedule and prioritize patient comfort.
- Perform tasks assigned by the Department Supervisor.
