Job Description
We are Crossnotch Firm, seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team. As an SB Agent, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support while collecting feedback to enhance our products and services.
Requirements: Previous experience with Avatar preferred, basic proficiency in English, ability to work with Soundboard software, comfortable handling 600-800 calls daily, and basic computer skills. Night shift availability is essential.
Shift Details: Half-time (7:30 PM – 12:30 AM) or Full-time (7:30 PM – 5:30 AM).
Pay: Rs17,500 – Rs120,00 per month.
