Job Description
Programmers Force is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sourcing Analyst to join our team. As a Sourcing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential suppliers and conduct market research to evaluate their capabilities and offerings
- Analyze supplier proposals, negotiate contract terms, and manage contract agreements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing requirements and develop sourcing strategies
- Implement sourcing plans, including sourcing channels, supplier evaluation criteria, and supplier performance metrics
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns
- Analyze and optimize sourcing processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sourcing and procurement
- Generate reports and provide insights on sourcing activities and performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or a related role
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using sourcing and procurement software and tools
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
