Job Description
Tekboox, a leading IT company based in the United States, is actively seeking a qualified Spanish-Speaking Customer Support Representative. This role is essential for providing exceptional assistance to our Spanish-speaking clientele.
Qualifications:
– Must be fluent in Spanish.
– At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
– Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.
– Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zendesk is advantageous.
– Positive and energetic demeanor.
Location: DHA, Lahore
Work Schedule: Night Shift (6 PM – 3 AM, 5 days a week).
