A Specialist Accounts Payables is responsible for managing the company’s financial obligations and ensuring timely payment of invoices and bills. They coordinate with vendors and suppliers to reconcile outstanding payments and resolve any payment discrepancies. They also handle day-to-day tasks, such as processing invoices, verifying invoices against purchase orders, and preparing payment disbursements.
