Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing greener products.
- Handling design & development work for New Products and Variants.
- Recommend Engineering Change Orders and cost reduction activities.
- Reduce SCR through design improvements.
- Update bills of material (BOM) and enhance quality & productivity.
- Review manufacturing processes for product improvement.
- Ensure engineering documents completeness and 7S standards implementation.
- Motivate the team for efficient collaboration.
- Perform assigned tasks by departmental head/Management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field.
- 1-2 years of work experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
