Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of plant capacity on monthly basis for efficient utilization of all machines.
- Feasibility study preparation of new projects and investments.
- In-house cost calculation and analysis for decision making of outsourcing.
- Planning outsourcing requirements according to in-house capacity and lead plant capacity.
- Monthly Production vs capacity analysis and propose suggestions for adjusting production plan.
- Preparation of mold and die loading plan for production efficiency.
- Defining standard manhour per product through time and motion study.
- Publishing monthly standard vs actual manhour report and variance analysis.
- Give monthly manpower requirement to HR according to production demand.
- Planning layout efficiency and material flow minimization.
- Process flow defining for new products.
- Identification of new investment needs.
- Work instruction preparation & managing process documentation.
- Yearly Manpower budget preparation as per Production budget.
- Compliance with ISO 9001 quality management system and company standards.
Requirements:
BE Degree in Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering
3-4 years experience in software development
