Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Product Safety Management System Development and Audits-URIL, DPL-1, DPL-2
- Product safety inspections of all products
- Product Safety Document Management (preparation and release of Procedures, test instructions in coordination with central product safety Arcelik Team)
- Product Safety Lab Tests (Mechanical strength tests, flammability tests, abnormal tests, forced failure tests)
- Conduct Product Safety trainings for all concerned departments
- Product safety internal audits periodically on production lines
- Product safety audit of safety critical component suppliers
- Product Safety actionable points management
- Responsible for coordination with Central product safety Management.
- Product Safety FMEA of all new projects
- Product safety inspection and testing reports for all new projects-All products
- Testing and approvals of all product safety related changes
- Participation in Benchmarking activities
- Field incidents investigation
Requirements:
- B.E (Mechanical/Industrial Engineering/Electronics)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Technical knowledge about products and raw materials
- Knowledge about IEC and UL standards
- Project Management Skills
- Knowledge and experience of auditing Suppliers and internal departments
- Knowledge and experience about ISO 9001:2015 Quality system Audits
