Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Product Safety Management System Development and Audits (URIL, DPL-1, DPL-2)
- Product safety inspections of all products
- Product Safety Document Management
- Product Safety Lab Tests (Mechanical strength, flammability, abnormal tests)
- Conduct Product Safety trainings
- Product safety internal audits
- Product safety audit of suppliers
- Product Safety actionable points management
- Product Safety FMEA of new projects
- Product safety inspection and testing reports for new projects
- Testing and approvals of product safety changes
- Participation in Benchmarking activities
- Field incidents investigation
Requirements:
- B.E in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering/Electronics
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Technical knowledge about products and raw materials
- Knowledge of IEC and UL standards
- Project Management Skills
- Experience in auditing Suppliers and internal departments
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality system Audits
