Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Property Management to join our growing team. As a Specialist Property Management, your primary role will be to oversee and manage all aspects of property operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and maximized property performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective property management strategies
- Oversee property maintenance and repairs
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure property compliance with regulations and safety standards
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and disputes
- Coordinate with leasing teams to ensure properties are effectively marketed and leased
- Manage budgets and financial performance of properties
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
