Job Description
Join our expanding Spectrum Services campaign as a Night Shift Customer Service Representative. We are seeking talented individuals to be part of our dynamic team.
Shift: Night Shift, 9 PM – 5 AM
Location: Commercial Area Barkat Market
Salary: $40,00 – $120,00 annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with Spectrum service inquiries.
- Provide exceptional service and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage complex customer interactions using your experience.
Requirements: Fluent in English, previous call center experience, ability to work night shifts, and strong communication skills.
