Job Description
We are recruiting skilled Split Air Conditioning Technicians with the following responsibilities and qualifications:
Principal Accountabilities:
- Maintain and repair customer products safely, ensuring optimal performance.
- Update parts requirements in the system to track with the parts Coordinator.
- Report abnormal failures for supplier feedback and to monitor systemic issues.
- Provide customer education during installation and ensure correct product performance.
- Complete tasks efficiently to avoid repeat repairs and increase service performance.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3-year Diploma / 2-year Trade Certificate in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
- 5 years of experience in HVAC repair & installation (Gulf experience preferred).
- Computer skills advantageous.
- Driving license is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, especially in customer support and training.
- Ability to work under time constraints, independently, and as part of a team.
- Competent in handling multiple priorities and managing resources efficiently.
Job Details:
- Location: Bahrain
- Salary Range: 180 – 250 BHD
- Accommodation: Shared room
- Food & Transport: Provided by the company
- Duty Hours: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (Friday off)
- Contract Duration: 1 year (with 30 days vacation and one-way ticket upon contract completion)
- Probation Period: 3 months (agent responsibility for replacement if unfit)
- Air Ticket: Provided by the candidate for arrival; company covers ticket after 1-year contract
