Job Description
HR Force International is currently seeking a detail-oriented and skilled SQA Engineer to join our team. As an SQA Engineer, you will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of our software products, identifying and reporting defects, and contributing to the overall improvement of our software development processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues
- Create and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test reports
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing
- Create and maintain test environments and test data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software releases
- Participate in the continuous improvement of SQA processes and methodologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as an SQA Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools
- Experience with test management and defect tracking systems
- Good understanding of web technologies and client-server architecture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
