Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of SQA engineers in designing, implementing, and executing test plans.
- Drive test automation frameworks adoption for enhanced efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams to develop testing strategies.
- Mentor team members for professional growth.
- Establish quality assurance processes for project consistency.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of software quality assurance experience.
- Proven track record in leading high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium or Appium.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
