Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and IT project requirements
- Analyze complex business problems and provide solution recommendations
- Develop detailed business and technical requirements documentation
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshops
- Participate in project planning and estimation
- Work closely with development teams to ensure proper implementation
- Conduct user acceptance testing and support system testing
- Assist in developing training materials and user manuals
- Provide end user support and troubleshoot issues
- Participate in post-implementation reviews for improvement
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 4 years of business analysis experience
