Job Description
Prime BPO5 is hiring Senior Customer Service Officers for our US-night campaign in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. In this in-person, full-time (12-month contract) role you will manage sales, verification, and deal closings for US-based customers.
- Requirements: Minimum 1 year US call center sales experience, excellent English communication, strong closing and negotiation skills.
- Shift: Night shift. Compensation: Rs75,00–Rs200,00 plus uncapped bonuses. Benefits include paid annual leave, professional training, and career advancement opportunities (training available for fresh graduates).
