Job Description
We are looking for individuals who have a customer-centric approach. In this role, you will provide satisfactory solutions to a diverse range of customer queries through written and verbal communications.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new customers by providing training and resources to facilitate product adoption.
- Deliver a class-apart customer experience as measured by performance objectives and maintain the core values of our client.
- Maintain swift responses to customers through emails, calls, and chat.
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions to resolve issues promptly.
- Document each customer query and resulting solution.
- Develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.
- Create policies and procedures that optimize the customer experience.
- Gather feedback, study customer success programs, and analyze data for best practices.
- Enhance the customer service experience and facilitate organic growth.
- Act as a customer advocate and liaison for internal teams.
Requirements:
- O Levels/Intermediate or above (Bachelor’s degree in business administration).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS Word).
- Customer support experience.
- Computer proficiency.
- Strong leadership skills.
Timings: 8PM – 5AM (Night)
Job: Full-time – Onsite
