Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Understand the customer: identify the customer journey, touchpoints, pinpoints, and search journey
– Understand the competition: conduct detailed analysis of competition from product to digital metrics
– Develop insight bank: create a comprehensive insight bank testable with customers
– Create marketing strategy: develop annual strategic plans managing the customer funnel
– Plan and develop campaigns: organize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
– Create content strategies: execute content calendar including blogs, white papers, case studies, and landing pages
– Develop partnerships: engage with affiliates and potential partners for collaboration
– Be data-driven: analyze and present insightful reports on marketing performance
– Collaborate cross-functionally: work with sales and product teams to develop conversion collateral
– Ability to lead: coordinate with design, development, and SEO teams for assets development
