Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Executive – Channel Enhancement at Hyundai Pakistan. The Sr. Executive will be responsible for managing and enhancing the company’s distribution channels in Pakistan. They will collaborate with dealers to optimize sales and marketing strategies, identify new business opportunities, and improve customer satisfaction. The role also includes analyzing market trends, tracking competitor activities, and providing insights to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of automotive distribution channels, sales, and marketing
- Experience in dealer management and franchise operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with dealers and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
