Job Description
Job purpose:
- This role involves developing critical business reports and systems, applying analytical skills to identify gray areas in retail development projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set targets for sales teams, devise KPIs, manage BDO and RSO channel, design trade promotions, monitor sales performance, and manage ongoing projects.
- Conduct analysis for business improvement and handle channel operations.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Job Specific Skills:
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and Dashboards, team management, project management, and sales & distribution knowledge.
Job Generic Skills:
- Multi-tasking, report building, and strong communication skills.
