Position: Sr. Executive ERP

Job Purpose:
- To ensure seamless Oracle ERP implementations, enhancements, and support by analyzing requirements, liaising with stakeholders, improving business processes, enforcing best practices, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work on Oracle ERP related tasks including new implementations, enhancements, and post go-live support.
- Gather and analyze requirements and prepare functional solution designs.
- Liaison with end users, other departments, management, and vendors for ERP related matters.
- Analyze, assess, and document business processes and suggest improvements.
- Ensure that required controls and best practices are implemented in all tasks.
- Focus on users’ capacity building and business process efficiency.
- Analyze, research, and propose solutions to ERP related problems and accommodate necessary changes or corrective action, as needed.
- Ensure the relevant documentation is complete related to deployed applications.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
- Bachelors/ Masters Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related discipline preferred.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in Oracle EBS Financials and Supply Chain implementation and support.
- At least 2 successful full cycle implementations of Oracle EBS R12.
- Hands-on experience in all phases of EBS implementation.
- Experience with data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations to ERP applications.
- Experience in creating functional and technical solution designs and handling gaps.

- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills with an understanding of EBS database structure.
- Strong knowledge of forms personalization.
