Job Description
We’re currently seeking a Sr. Executive HR to join our team in Karachi on a permanent basis.
Requirements:
- Candidate with 2-3 years of FMCG-related experience
- Graduate in Human Resources Management
- Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, critical thinking, and multi-tasking skills
- Experience in FlowHCM or similar HR-related ERP (1-2 years preferred)
Job Description:
- Knowledgeable in HR management principles and practices
- Skilled in recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and employee relations
- Experience in compensation and benefits management
- Developing and enforcing employee policies and procedures in compliance with regulations
