Job Description
HRSG – Innovative Business Solutions is hiring for the position of Sr. Executive HR Operations for a client in Karachi, Pakistan.
Location: Korangi, Karachi, Pakistan
Candidate Preference: FMCG/ Manufacturing
Budget: 80,00 – 90,00
- Experience 2-3 years in payroll, expenses, etc.
- Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in FMCG or food industry.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and local labor laws.
- Experience in expense management and employee claims processing.
- Knowledge of employment contracts and labor management.
- Proficiency in attendance management and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
