Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring decision. Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, staying up-to-date on changes and implementing necessary adjustments to policies and procedures. Conduct regular audits to assess HR processes and practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Take the lead on special HR projects, such as implementing new HRIS systems, designing training programs, or spearheading diversity and inclusion initiatives.
