Job Description
- To manage and ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee the maintenance and security of all IT systems, including servers, networks, and databases.
- Develop and implement IT policies and best practices across the organization.
- Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems.
- Ensure data integrity and security through regular audits and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical support and training to staff and students.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and deliver solutions.
- Good command of Cisco Server, Routers & Switches.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT management.
- Proficiency in network and server management, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, or PMP are highly desirable.
