Job Description
- Defining a strategic way forward that aligns with CMPAK business model and long-term objectives to foster a culture of innovation and creativity by identifying new opportunities
- Developing strategic business that leverage strengths, address weaknesses, capitalize on opportunities, and mitigate threats for CMPAK by determining the optimum business & commercial strategies in effectively deliver company objectives
- Use fact-based analysis to spot industry shifts and to understand CMPAK’s sources of strategic advantage as a foundation for clear & differentiated strategies
- Drive and develop the ability to deliver operational excellence through capability building in existing business verticals
- Strategic options analysis and evaluation by working with internal stakeholders to understand and shape strategic options ahead of key investment decisions in the context of new business vertical or competitive market disruption
- Stimulating innovation through identification of new ways of working that will stimulate innovation and growth, and lead to better decision-making
- Industry analysis through traditional evidence-led input to identify market development opportunities to support business growth strategies
