Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Sr. People Operations. As a Sr. People Operations, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing all aspects of our human resources function, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and employee development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent for the organization.
- Develop and implement effective performance management strategies and processes to drive employee engagement and productivity.
- Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
