Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Sr. People Operations professional. As a Sr. People Operations, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization’s human resources strategies and initiatives to support our growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and provide strategic guidance in all aspects of human resources management
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations and employment laws
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent
- Design and execute effective employee onboarding and development programs
- Manage performance evaluation and talent management processes
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Collaborate with senior management to design and execute compensation and benefits programs
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in people operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in people operations or human resources management
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
