Job Description
Indigo Developers is currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee and enhance project cost management throughout the construction lifecycle. In this vital position, you will be responsible for creating precise cost estimates, tracking project expenses, managing contracts, and uncovering cost-saving opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Monitor expenditures and enforce cost control measures.
- Oversee contracts and address any related issues.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Possession of a PEC number is mandatory.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs150,00 – Rs250,00 per month
Location: Lahore, in-person work required.
