Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. Manager Sales (Industrial Products) for our client:
Office Location: Shahdara Town, Lahore
Experience: 8+ Years in the Industrial Industry (Generators, etc.)
Salary: Market Compatible
Job Timings: First Shift
Job Description:
- Plan, direct, and monitor the sales team to achieve annual sales targets.
- Lead the sales team of IPD to generate sales.
- Develop a business plan covering sales, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence.
- Ensure that all sales activities are in accordance with the guidelines of the company’s goal.
- Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications.
- Approve specs finalization in accordance with tender requirements and preparation of bids.
- Ensure that technical and commercial terms in tenders are completely scrutinized.
- Conduct market research.
- Ensure constant follow-up of potential customers.
- Have meetings with institutional customers for business growth.
- Follow up with the Execution Team for site surveys, equipment delivery, and completion of work regarding the commissioning of DG Sets.
- Make sure that quotations are being issued to customers.
- Finalize contracts/agreements with customers.
- Finalize prices after coordination with the costing section as per customized requirements.
