Job Description
Overview
Responsible for setting up, organizing, and maintaining inventories of technical stores of the factory while maintaining ROL of different items and spare parts.
Responsibilities
- Management of the technical stores while maintaining the required inventory of spares and other items (ROL) for process as well as utility equipment.
- Must be able to work independently to manage and handle all day-to-day activities in the stores.
- Responsible for coordinating and ordering technical items, spares, and their receiving in stores.
- Computer knowledge is a must.
- Should be well conversant with Oracle or stores management software.
- Must have knowledge of Technical Stores processes, controls, and inventory management topologies.
- Maintain good housekeeping and product safety to ensure compliance against AIBI, IPS, FSSC 2200, and CRP standards.
- In addition to these accountabilities, any task/assignment/project assigned by the Line Manager becomes part of JD.
Qualifications
Knowledge/Skill Experience Competencies
- Diploma in Engineering/Graduate
- 4-6 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Capable of handling technical stores independently.
