Job Description
PepsiCo is actively seeking a dedicated Sr. Territory Sales Officer to lead our distributor and organization team. This pivotal role focuses on implementing customized company strategies aligned with local business needs, alongside training and motivating team members to achieve both short-term and long-term objectives.
Key responsibilities encompass developing Permanent Journey Plans, recruiting Order Bookers and Direct Store Representatives (DSRs), ensuring the execution of the Annual Operating Plan, meeting monthly volume targets, and effectively managing promotional budgets. Candidates must possess strong communication and prioritization skills, along with proficiency in MS Office. We prefer candidates with 1-2 years of experience, but we welcome fresh graduates to apply.
