Job Description
Job Summary:
Potomac Distro Wholesale is seeking a dedicated Staff Accountant for financial operations and reporting. This on-site role requires fixed hours from 11 AM to 7 PM EST or 9 PM to 5 AM PK time. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in bookkeeping, financial analysis, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately record financial transactions, support accounts payable/receivable, prepare monthly financial statements, reconcile bank and payroll tax accounts, ensure tax compliance, and assist with audits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, 5+ years of accounting experience, proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English.
