Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for a Staffing Sales Manager. As the Staffing Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales process for IT staffing solutions and temp hiring, including sales strategy, lead generation, USA market research, and account management. You will manage a team of sales representatives and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT staffing sales in USA or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in healthcare staffing industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
