Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability.
- Conduct regular stock counts and audits.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment of stock.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
Store Operations:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
- Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper merchandise display and product placement.
Staff Supervision:
- Supervise and train store staff, including sales associates.
- Create staff schedules and manage timekeeping.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Store Incharge, Store Manager, or similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
