Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring the safe and efficient receipt, storage, issuance, and shipments both in and outwards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including training and performance evaluation
- Coordinate and optimize inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods
- Ensure accurate inventory levels and maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems and procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Analyze and report on warehouse performance metrics
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse management role
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to use warehouse management software and technology
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
