Shaheen Steel Industries is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Quetta. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory and supplies, and maintaining a smooth operation of the store.

With a fully automatic state-of-the-art plant, Shaheen Steel Industries is a leading steel manufacturer in the industry. We exclusively produce ASTM Grade 60 and BS449 G500 steel bars, known for their exceptional strength and ductility. Our strong customer base and unrivaled trust in the industry make us an ideal place to work.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in store management and retail loss prevention. You must also be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints and concerns
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in store management and retail loss prevention
• Ability to manage inventory, order and store supplies, and schedule and manage staff
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office and POS systems
• Experience in the steel industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
