Job Description
We are seeking a store officer for our client, Megastruck. As a store officer, you will be responsible for managing and organizing the day-to-day operations of the store.
Your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate inventory records, overseeing stock levels, and utilizing computer systems to streamline processes. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in computer applications related to inventory management and record keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods.
- Conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Implement and manage inventory control procedures.
- Receive, process, and dispatch purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Generate reports related to order status and stock levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant applications for data entry and analysis.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Intermediate or B.A or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in computer applications related to inventory management.
Salary range: 25k to 30k
