Job Description
- Manage store inventory and handle materials.
- Receive, distribute, and maintain adequate quantities of stock at all times.
- Maintain optimal stock levels.
- Inform the procurement department well in advance about items reaching the reorder level for supplies.
- Review physical inventories periodically.
- Maintain stock and consumption records.
- Check incoming materials for quality against invoices, purchase orders, and packing slips.
- Make clear notes on the receipt of items against each invoice.
- Keep and update records of goods received and issued.
- Compile reports of expenditure and monthly stock report.
- Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Any other task assigned by the line manager.
