Job Description
The Strategic Planning Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive the growth and success of the company.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
- Creating and managing long-term strategic plans to optimize business performance.
- Evaluating and monitoring the effectiveness of strategic goals and making adjustments as needed.
- Providing market insights and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing strategic plans.
