Responsibilities:

• Proposal Development: Leading the development of project proposals, ensuring they align with client objectives. Collaborating with various teams to gather necessary information including project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budget. Creating compelling narratives and presentations that communicate our value proposition and solutions.
• Client Research: Researching potential clients, their industries, challenges, and strategic goals. Analyzing market trends, competitors’ strategies, and industry practices to tailor proposals accordingly. Identifying client pain points and proposing innovative solutions that address their specific needs.
• Bid Management: Overseeing the bid management process, ensuring timely submission of high-quality proposals. Coordinating with internal stakeholders such as sales, marketing, and project teams, to gather necessary inputs. Developing strategies to enhance our competitiveness and increase the success rate of bids.
• Strategy Development: Providing insights based on market research and client feedback. Collaborating with the leadership to define long-term strategies for business development.
• Relationship Building: Cultivating strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment of expectations.
• Continuous Improvement: Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in proposal development and strategy. Implementing improvements in the proposal process based on feedback and lessons learned from previous bids.
