Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Consult and guide students/applicants who dream to go abroad.
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Manage appointments for clients and counselors.
- Maintain client records and provide excellent administration.
- Pay attention to details.
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to all colleagues.
- Meet deadlines and achieve COE targets.
- Work closely with college admissions representatives to support students.
Skills & Experience:
- Two years experience with Graduation, A level, and O level (preferred).
- Fluency in English.
- Prior experience in the Visa Industry a plus.
- High level of awareness for customer service.
- Excellent communication skills with team, clients, and college staff.
- Excellent problem-analysis, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Expert in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
