Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Student Counsellor to join our team. As a Student Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in navigating personal, academic, and career challenges.
Your main duties will include conducting individual and group counselling sessions, assessing students’ needs, and developing personalized plans to help them achieve their goals. You will also collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student well-being.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in counselling or a related field
- Proven experience in student counselling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and understanding towards students’ concerns
- Strong problem-solving abilities
