Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor located in Lahore. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing career counseling, student counseling, and customer service. Effective communication with students and team members is crucial in this role. Additionally, the Student Counselor will provide guidance and support to students in order to help them achieve their academic goals and career aspirations.
Qualifications
- Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in the education industry
- A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling or a related field
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Certification in counseling or a related field is a plus
- Knowledge of overseas higher education systems is a plus
- Experience in a customer service role is a plus
