Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor for Europe region. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, conducting career counseling sessions, communicating effectively with students and parents, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Student Counselor will also be involved in educational initiatives and programs.
Qualifications
- Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of the education sector
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Experience in the field of education or counseling is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or related field
